Dear Students and Staff,

114-1 學期雙語中心將開設多門 語文研習課程（無學分），誠摯邀請本校學生及職員踴躍參加！For the 2025 Fall Semester (114-1), the Bilingual Education Center will be offering a variety of Non-credit Language Courses. We sincerely welcome all CMU students and staff to register and participate!

📅 報名期間 Registration Period：2025/08/18 08:00 ～ 2025/09/26 23:59

⚠️ 特別提醒：本中心開設之語文研習課程均屬 非學分課程，不會列入畢業學分。若需修習 學分課程，請至「課程查詢系統」。⚠️ Important Reminder: All language workshops offered by the Bilingual Education Center are non-credit courses and will NOT count toward graduation requirements. If you need credit-bearing courses, please use the System for Course Schedule.

📌 報名方式 How to Register

  1. 填寫 線上報名表單 完成報名。Register by filling out the online registration form.

  2. 收到報名成功通知信後，確認正取或備取，將於課前邀請加入課程 Line 群組。After receiving the confirmation email, you will know whether you are accepted or waitlisted. Accepted participants will be invited to join the course Line group before the class begins.

  3. 上課期間請務必依規定簽到（線上簽到表單），出席情形將影響未來課程開設之參考依據。During the semester, please check in via the online attendance form. Your attendance record will be considered when planning future courses.

📖 注意事項 Notes

  1. 報名與資格 Registration & Eligibility：報名依先後順序排定正取與備取名單。請務必填寫正確的聯絡電話、電子信箱及 Line ID，以確保通知權益。課程開始前 3 天，中心將把正取同學加入課程 Line 群組。 Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide accurate contact information (phone number, email, and Line ID) to ensure you receive notifications. Three days before the course starts, accepted students will be added to the Line group.

  2. 簽到規定 Attendance Policy：本課程採線上表單簽到。簽到表單連結同步公告於雙語中心官網及課程Line群組。簽到時間為上課前10分鐘至下課10分鐘內，逾時不計。請修課同學到課務必簽到，你的出席情形將是未來開課考量的依據。Attendance is recorded via an online form, available 10 minutes before class and up to 10 minutes after class ends. Late check-ins will not be counted. Attendance records will be taken into account when planning future workshops.

  3. 出席與證明 Attendance Certificate：正取學員出席週數達 80% 以上，可申請「學習時數證明」。若未達 80%，將影響未來報名候補順位。若需取消報名，請於 2025/09/26 前來信通知雙語中心，並確認取消成功。Students who attend at least 80% of classes may apply for a “Certificate of Learning Hours.” Those with less than 80% attendance will have lower priority for future registrations. If you need to cancel your registration, please email the Bilingual Education Center by September 26, 2025, and confirm the cancellation.

  4. 開課條件 Course Viability：若報名人數不足，經審議將不予開班。開課後如連續兩次上課人數低於 5 人，中心得視情況停辦。If the number of registered students is too low, the course may be canceled after review. If fewer than 5 students attend for two consecutive sessions, the workshop may be terminated.

🎓 費用說明 Fees：本校學生及員工免學費參加雙語中心語文研習課程，惟教材費另由授課教師訂定。All CMU students and staff may participate free of tuition. However, material fees, if any, will be set separately by the instructor.
