113年 英語歌唱影片競賽 English Singing Competition in 2024

透過英語歌唱競賽，鼓勵中國醫藥大學學生培養英語學習動機與興趣，進而提昇英語學習成效。

The English singing competition aims to enhance students’ learning motivation, and increase the effectiveness of English learning.

【競賽項目/Competition Events】

英語歌曲競賽，請拍攝個人或團體（至多3人）歌唱影片參賽。同學亦可使用影片剪輯，達到合唱（至多3人）的目的。

English songs only. Please participate with recorded videos by means of an individual or in a group (up to 3 people). Students also can use video clips to achieve the purpose of chorus (up to 3 people).

中國醫藥大學全校在學學生（含大學部、研究所）。

All CMU on-campus students (students who are currently enrolled this semester, including both undergraduates and graduates.)

【比賽規則-歌唱影片注意事項/Rules and Regulations】

1. 橫式拍攝，影片長度1至3分鐘，格式請轉為MP4。（時間未滿或超過斟酌扣分） 
2. 可自彈自唱，但不受理自創曲，與情人節主題相關之歌曲尤佳（斟酌加分）。 
3. 歌詞內容不可含有不雅詞彙或無內容之歌詞。 
4. 影片背景音檔不可網路下載，如經查出有版權相關問題者將取消參賽資格。自行伴奏或找同學伴奏組隊報名是最建議的參賽方式，惟評分以歌唱同學為主。倘若執行困難，則必須在影片中明確標註音檔版權來源，並說明為校園參賽使用，無營利性質。 
5. 需以全新作品參賽，參賽作品不得曾經出現在各類競賽中，若經查證違反此項規定，將取消參賽及獲獎資格。 
6. 每位參賽者僅能投稿1份作品（個人或團體擇一參賽）。 
7. 參賽者須於影片中露臉，如有樂器伴奏也須揭露於影片中。 
8. 除影片外，也請提供演唱段落的歌詞電子檔。 
9. 影片特效不列入評分標準，請避免過度剪輯，尤其歌唱部分。 
10. 除資格不符之參賽作品外，所有作品將進行人氣投票。 
11. 獲獎影片於比賽結束後將公布於影音網站(例:YouTube)供師生參考。 
12. 參賽者於參加此競賽同時，即同意接受上述各項規範，本活動辦法若有未盡事宜，主辦單位保有隨時修改、變更之權利並公告於活動網站上。
13. 上述事項若遇爭議，經本活動評審團會議決議，逕由主辦單位公告實施。

1. The length of the video cannot exceed 3 minutes, and please save your video as an MP4 file, in horizontal format. (Points will be deduced if the time is longer or shorter than the regulated time slot) 
2. You can play and sing by yourself, but self-created songs will not be accepted. Songs related to Valentine's Day will be better (will get some bonus score). 
3. The lyrics that contain indecent words or without contents are not accepted. 
4. Please avoid downloading music from the Internet as your soundtrack of video. If there is any violation of the copyright, the qualifications will be canceled. Accompaniment by yourself or by members of the group is the most recommended way to participate. If you have difficulty implementing the rules mentioned above, please clearly mark the copyright source of the audio file and state " it is used for CMU intramural competition and is not for profit." in your work. 
5. New entries must be used to join the competition. Entries must not be used in any other competition. If it is verified that this rule is violated, the entry and award qualifications will be canceled. 
6. Each participant can only submit 1 piece of work (individual or group, need to choose one to participate). 
7. Participants must show their faces in the film. If there is musical accompaniment, it must also be revealed in the film. 
8. Please submit the electronic file of lyrics together with your music video clip. 
9. Please focus on the music and singing skills, and any special effect of the video is not taken into account for evaluation criteria. Also, please avoid over-editing, especially the singing part. 
10. Except for entries that do not meet the qualifications, all entries will be voted for popularity. 
11. The award-winning film will be published on the audio-visual website (example: YouTube) for reference by teachers and students after the competition. 
12. Participants agree to accept the above specifications while participating in this competition. If there are any issues that are not covered in this event method, the organizer reserves the right to modify/change the rules any time and information will be announced on the event website. 
13. In the event of a dispute over the above matters, the organizer shall announce and implement it after the resolution of the jury meeting of this event.

【評分標準/Evaluation criteria】

歌唱技巧(含音色)40%、發音30%、創意20%、人氣投票10%。

Singing skills (including the voice) 40%, Pronunciation 30%, Creativity 20%, Popular Vote 10%

【投票方式/Voting method】

1. 於中國醫藥大學雙語教學推動資源中心 Youtube 頻道觀看此次參賽影片。
2. 在您喜歡的影片中按「讚」。
3. 人氣獎名次將根據按讚數多寡決定。

1. Please visit “CMU Bilingual Education Center” Youtube channel and watch videos. 
2. Vote for your favorite one by giving “like”
3. The award would be ranked by the number of “likes”.

【報名方式/Ways of Registration】

1. 參賽者於113/3/14(四)17:00以前，將參賽影片檔上傳至YouTube，上傳影片以「2024CMU英文歌唱影片競賽_歌名(原唱)」方式命名，且設定為「非公開」。（團體報名請以隊長代表報名） 

2. 報名須先登入校園Google帳戶，填寫報名表，並於報名表內上傳影片連結及歌詞後送出。 

1. Please take a personal singing video and name the file ”2024CMU English Singing Competition_ Name of the Song (Original Singer)”, and upload it to YouTube, and set the video as “non-public” before Mar. 14th, 2024 (17:00, Thu.) (Group registration: Please sign up by the leader on behalf of the whole team.) 

2. Before registration, you need to log in to your personal Gmail of CMU. Go to the online address to fill in the Google form to finish the registration upload your personal music video link and lyrics end it out. (Before that, you need to log in your personal Gmail of CMU first.)
